Setting up lamp:
1. Create any light source.
2. Add Shape > Model: tlamp property to it.
3. Add Tweq > Models property to it:
	Halt - Continue
	AnimC - NoLimit
	MiscC - Anchor, Random
	CurveC - JitterHi
	Rate - 100
	Model 0 - tlamp1
	Model 1 - tlamp2
	Model 2 - tlamp3
	Model 3 - tlamp2
	Model 4 - tlamp1
	Model 5 - leave empty
4. Add Tweq > ModelState property to it:
	AnimS - On
	MiscC - None
	Cur Time, Frame # - 0
5. Add Renderer > Self Illumination: 1 property to it.
6. Change its physical dimensions to make them match its real size.

If you want to make it able to be turned on/off, you will need some extra setup. I can't recommend method I used in King's Story because it was too complicated. Hope you will invent something better.
tlampoff.bin model is for OFF status only and isn't needed for normal setup.
